Refunds and Reprints
Timeframe:
Refunds or reprints are available only within 45 days of placing your order.
Refunds or reprints are issued only for mistakes made on our end. We cannot issue refunds or reprints for issues caused by:
- Poor-quality artwork files submitted by the customer.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Any other reasons not directly related to our printing process (management approval required).
Before Placing Your Order
To ensure a smooth process, please:
- Ensure your artwork meets our Artwork Upload Requirements.
- Files must be vectorized & a high resolution of 300 DPI or higher.
- Double-check all details, including colors (e.g., brand colors or Pantone shades).
- Confirm all details in your shipping address are correct.
- An order confirmation email will be sent after placing your order—review it carefully.
Important Notes
- Artwork Responsibility: While we perform quality checks, it is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is properly prepared. We print exactly what is submitted.
- No Adjustments After Submission: Once a file is submitted, no changes can be made. If our pre-press team finds a file unprintable, we will contact you for further instructions.
- No Reprints for Poor Artwork: We will not reprint orders due to poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer.
